Legal Agreement

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AeroJet platform. AeroJet is a travel agency — not an airline. Please read these terms carefully before making any booking.

Effective: September 8, 2026Updated: September 8, 2026

Important Notice

AeroJet is a travel agency and technology platform — not an airline carrier. By using our platform to search and book flights, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AeroJet website at https://aerojet.vercel.app (the "Platform"), creating an account, or completing a flight booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AeroJet ("we," "us," or "our"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make bookings through the Platform. Bookings for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Our Role as a Travel Agent

Key Principle: AeroJet is an independent travel agency and technology intermediary. We are not an airline, carrier, or transport provider.

AeroJet acts solely as an intermediary booking agent between you and the operating airline. When you book a flight through AeroJet:

  • Your contract of carriage is directly between you and the operating airline, governed by that airline's conditions of carriage — not these Terms.
  • AeroJet is not a party to the carriage contract and bears no liability for the airline's performance of its flight services.
  • AeroJet's obligations are limited to accurately transmitting your booking information to the airline and issuing you a booking confirmation.
  • Flight fares, baggage rules, seat policies, and in-flight services are entirely determined by the airline and are subject to change without notice.

3. Booking & Ticketing

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation email from AeroJet containing a valid Passenger Name Record (PNR) or e-ticket number. Displaying a price on our search results does not constitute a confirmed booking.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all passenger details you provide — including full legal name (as it appears on your passport or government ID), date of birth, nationality, passport number, and contact information — are accurate and match your travel documents. AeroJet is not liable for denied boarding, visa issues, or penalties arising from incorrect passenger information.

3.3 Name Changes

Most airline tickets are non-transferable. Name changes after ticket issuance are subject to the operating airline's policies and may incur fees or be entirely prohibited. AeroJet cannot guarantee that name corrections will be accepted.

3.4 Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates) for all countries in your itinerary including transit countries. AeroJet is not liable for any costs arising from failure to obtain the required documentation.

4. Payment & Pricing

4.1 Fare Accuracy

Flight fares displayed on AeroJet are sourced in real-time from airlines and GDS providers. While we strive for accuracy, fares are subject to change until your booking is fully confirmed and ticketed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.

4.2 Fare Components

The total fare displayed at checkout includes the base fare and all mandatory taxes and fees. Optional add-ons (e.g., seat selection, extra baggage, travel insurance) will be clearly itemised before payment.

Base Fare

The core ticket price set by the airline for the selected cabin class and route.

Taxes & Fees

Government-mandated airport taxes, fuel surcharges, and carrier-imposed fees.

Service Fee

A small AeroJet booking facilitation fee, displayed transparently before payment.

Optional Add-ons

Seat upgrades, extra baggage, travel insurance — always opt-in and itemised.

4.3 Currency

Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience. The final charge will be made in the currency confirmed at checkout. Currency conversion rates are indicative and your card issuer may apply additional exchange fees.

5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Important: Cancellation and change rights are governed by the operating airline's fare rules, not solely by AeroJet. Restrictions vary significantly by fare type (non-refundable, semi-flexible, fully flexible).

5.1 Cancellations Initiated by You

  • Refund eligibility is determined by the fare rules of your ticket at the time of booking.
  • Non-refundable tickets will not receive a cash refund upon voluntary cancellation.
  • Cancellation fees may apply as per the airline's fare rules, in addition to any AeroJet service fees.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the airline's stated timeframe (typically 7–20 business days).

5.2 Cancellations by the Airline

  • If an airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to remedies under applicable aviation law (EU 261/2004, US DOT regulations, etc.).
  • Compensation and rebooking obligations rest entirely with the operating airline.
  • AeroJet will assist in communicating your request to the airline but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond the airline's own obligations.

5.3 Flight Changes

Requests to change flight dates, times, or routes are subject to the airline's fare rules and seat availability. Change fees and any applicable fare difference will be charged. AeroJet may apply a service fee for processing change requests on your behalf.

6. Airline Liability

The operating airline bears all legal responsibility for flight performance under applicable aviation law, including but not limited to:

  • Flight delays and cancellations — duty of care, compensation, and rebooking obligations.
  • Baggage — loss, damage, or delay of checked baggage under the Montreal Convention 1999.
  • Passenger injury — liability for personal injury or death occurring during carriage.
  • Denied boarding — involuntary bumping compensation under applicable regulations.
  • In-flight services — meals, entertainment, crew conduct, and on-board amenities.
  • Schedule changes — timetable alterations made before or after your booking.

For any claims relating to the above, you must contact the operating airline directly. AeroJet will provide booking documentation to support your claim upon request.

7. AeroJet's Liability Limits

Limitation: AeroJet's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the AeroJet service fee paid for the relevant booking. We are not liable for the airline's acts or omissions.

AeroJet shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or schedule changes by the airline.
  • Loss, damage, or delay of baggage handled by the airline or airport operators.
  • Denied boarding, whether due to overbooking or failure to meet airline/government requirements.
  • Visa refusals, immigration issues, or failure to hold required travel documentation.
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including missed events, hotel costs, or business losses.
  • Technical failures or interruptions of GDS systems or airline reservation systems outside AeroJet's control.
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, government travel restrictions, or strikes.

8. User Conduct & Responsibilities

By using AeroJet, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful passenger information for all bookings.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful personal or business travel booking purposes.

  • Comply with all applicable airline conditions of carriage and government regulations.
  • Not submit fraudulent booking requests, chargebacks, or abusive refund claims.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the AeroJet Platform — including but not limited to the design, layout, logos, graphics, software, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of AeroJet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial travel booking purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law
